As a tradition every Christmas season, a group of Latin friends meet annually to spend quality time in the “Carlitos Jimenez” Golf Tournament, which will be reaching its XXI edition this year.

This was an initiative that was casually born in 2003, a way of spending quality time together on the field for its first two years, and which was originally called “Amigos Venezolanos”.

It wasn’t until its third year that the idea of carrying out the event for the benefit of multiple Schools and Pediatric Hospitals in Venezuela arose, with the main objective of helping the children of all these organizations by raising funds for its operation. Last year more than 160 players participated in the golf tournament.

The event has counted with the collaboration of several Entrepreneurs. This could not have been possible without personalities in the sports field and in the artistic field of the Latin community who have come together to contribute their grain of sand to different organizations such as Hogar Bambi (Hogarbambi), Sociedad Amigos del Hospital de especialidades Pediatricas de Maracaibo (@Amigoshep), Fundación Amigos del Niño con Cancer (@amigosdelninoconcancer), among many others.

The XXI Carlitos Golf Tournament will be taking place at the prestigious Trump National Doral, this upcoming Friday, December 15, 2023.
